Nike Jordan Fondant Birthday Shoes are OK but they have a slight protruding spot on the thong and it sometimes almost digs a hole in my toe. I can only wear them a short time due to this. Should have sent them back but did not.

This boot looks really good, however, the soles are so slippery that it is downright dangerous to walk in them. I nearly fell several times in the course of a few hours I wore these boots just to the office. They are also poorly padded so that my feet were sore after a few hours.

Nike Jordan Fondant Birthday This model- the Women's Merrell Encore Breeze is just another pair in the growing collection of Merrell products we've purchased over the past 5 years.The lite and EZ-2-clean mesh outer cover is great...breathable and perfect for us out in the southwest....a nice change from the heavier materials..suede..leather.I can't say enough about the comfort-level of any of the Merrell shoes...but particularly the Encore collection. The slip-on clog style is a snap for my 88 year old mother who has foot problems,(arthritis, hammertoes, corns) and wears her vast collection in all kinds of colors...daily.She now says it is the ONLY shoe she can wear...for prolonged periods.More importantly...she has always lamented that because of her foot issues, she was forced to wear ugly, 'Old Lady shoes'. (Believe me...she'd still squeeze her feet into 5 inch platforms if she could!)BUT...with the discovery of this cool-looking line...she accomplishes her primary goals:1) Comfort-ease of wear and ease in getting them ON.2) Style - She looks cool in them...AND ( even better ), people STOP her and ask her where she GOT them.I cruise the internet on a regular basis, searching for BEST PRICING on these and buy them for her whenever I see them.Standard retail$$ from the Merrell store or other stores that feature the shoes can run between 69-85 a pair.I look to get them at the low-end....and just recently snagged a beautiful pair of Women's Encore Groove Breeze for $44.99....brand new...from . I think the GROOVE style is totally sporty....sharp...has a velcro'd adjustable strap with a neat little design on it and a sport-clip. Cool!TRY THESE OUT! Even my husband looked at the last pair we got for Mom and said..."Man...I might even wear those in my size."So check out !IN....SIZING......VERY TRUE FIT EVEN ON THE HALF-SIZES.You can slip a sock on with these or not at all and they're roomy...but not 'sloppy'...your foot does not slosh all around the shoe when you walk, and the surrounding cushioned 'lip' that wraps around the instep and the heel is 'just high enough'. Not a total open-back vehicle.One other note. I have some pretty good-sized bunions on BOTH feet...BUT an otherwise narrow foot through the heel....these shoes allow great 'toe-box real estate' which is what you need if you have bunions.
